Our company owns 377 sets technology equipments, including 54 mould manufacturing equipments(the largest casting machine is for 2000T,and the smallest is for 63T).The 2 CNC profiling milling machines are brought in from Spain last century. There are 1 CNC electronic uncharged machine,1 machining center ,1 mould testing machine,6casting machine imported from Italy.

     The casting manufacturing area reaches 10,000 square meters, and the casting machines are more than 58 sets. (The largest casting machine is for 2000T,and the smallest is for 63T). There are 2 casting machines, 13 various kinds of furnaces. The producing ability is over 9000tons/year equaling to the aluminum.

     The area of the die casting clearing plant is 2000 square meters and there are various kinds of clearing machines 29sets ,3 equipping lines ,2 caterpillar shot-blasting machines. The company owns special clearing factory 800 square meters for Shenlong diecasting and 1 passing shot-blasting machine.

     The mould plant owns 54 equipments, including 4 electronic machining equipments, 2 CNC profiling milling machines,1 machining center,1 mould testing machine ,3 coordinate setting boring machines,1 coordinate setting sliding machine,1 mould craving machine,4 sets cutting machine.

     design development adopts CAD/CAM to reduce the mould manufacturing period and improve the mould perice.

     The quality inspection equipments are 3D measuring equipments, physical character analysising microscope, spectrograph, and X-ray flaw detector to insure the quality.
