   Dongfeng (shiyan) Nonferrous Casting Co.;Ltd comes from the casting branch of Dongfeng Technology Automobile Braking System Company .It was founded as an independent company in DEC,2003 to develop its advanced facility and technology .

   The company now owns fixed assets of 1 hundred billion RMB, 130 thousand square meters of industrial area,70 thousand square meters of building area, over 800 sets of equipments, more than 50 sets of die casting machine (including the largest 1600T equipment), over 30 sets of NC machining center, almost 600 employees, including 60 engineers and technicians.

   Nonferrous die castings have 200 types including alloy aluminum, zinc, and copper,ect and the annual output reaches 10000tons .The company has die casting mould manufacturing workshop supporting die casting producing which is equipments such as CNC-profile milling machine ,CNC machine center ,CNC electric spark erosion machine and mold adjusting press machine ,ect that were imported from Spain in recent years. The current throughput is converted to 100 sets of normal die casting mold. Besides satisfying its own demand, the company can supply the market with die manufacturing.

   The company began the research of “the research of the magnesium alloy application on the cars” in the national “ 95” technology items. By many years' research and practice the company has set up its own magnesium alloy die-casting producing district.

   The company now is undertaking the production of all the die-castings of Dongfeng series cars and partial die castings of Citroen Company and Cummins Company. And the clutch carcase and gearbox carcase of cars of Citroen Company won the gold and silver award for the die-castings compare and assess of 2 nd China International Die Castings Congress &Exhibition.

   The company is participating in international competition actively and its products have entered into some famous companies in the world such as GE, Renault, Cummins and Daimler chrysler, etc. And some of the products have been exported batchly.

   The company has good quality insurance system and has passed the certification of ISO9001, QS9000 and ISO/TS16949 Quality System.
